INTRODUCTION
Noha Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is established 1997 in the city of Bombay - the busiest West Indian Port.
Initially the company focused on Manning / ship repairs / ship deliveries / chartering and brokerage in the Mediterranean, Black sea and Western European region and now we are targeting the fastest growing markets in ASIA & AFRICA.
Noha Marine Services Pvt Ltd has been on the Ship Managing / Ship Sale & Purchase Scene since 1995 and has successfully managed and delivered more than 450 ships for scrap so far since its inception in September 1997.
Noha Marine has a profound experience in purchase / selling of ships and also carries out pre-purchase surveys. The company take's pride in involved in the S&P and delivery of at-least 300 ships in the past few years, we have worked with many reputed Cash Buyers in the past.
Noha Marine is in possession of an ISO 9001 Certification from Korea & Crew Manning Licence from the Govt Of India, complying with the requirements of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of ships and for Pollution Prevention (ISM Code).

HISTORY
The Company was first started as a proprietary concern called NOHA MARINE SERVICES way back in 1992 by Capt B. Z. Khan who had been sailing as a Captain on ships for more than 15 years and with his contacts overseas decided to venture out by starting a company to provide good quality seafarers for ships that were plying in the middle east and east African coast, he was joined by his son and present Managing director Mohamad Suhail Khan in 1995 and they both decided to form a Private Limited Company and thus NOHA MARINE SERVICES PVT LTD was formed in 1997. The company’s main aim was to be family owned and provide a brand image for reliable and honest services to the shipping world.
Capt. B. Z Khan could not enjoy all the fruits of his labour as he suffered a heart attack and expired in 2003 but by then he had ensured that the company had taken a launch in the capable hands of his son who with his promising skills and hard work had managed to grasp all the experience that his father had gathered in his vast carreer.
Suhail Khan together with the support of his mother Mrs. Nazima Begum Khan and wife Saira Khan have made NOHA MARINE what it is today and it has progressed by Leaps & Bounds beyond the expectations of Capt B. Z. Khan himself.
The journey has not yet finished as there are many frontiers to be discovered and many more milestones to be achieved, the desire is to hand over the company to the next generation of khan’s by God’s Grace we hope that one day they will take over from Suhail Khan as he took over the company from his father some years back.

ACTIVITIES
TOWING / OFFSHORE & HARBOUR SUPPORT.
We have two tugs TARA & KRABS1 that we can offer for various towing jobs and we intend to increase the fleet very soon.

TECHNICAL SUPERVISION AND SHIP REPAIR
- Arranges, carries out and supervises class, intermediate, running repairs including dry-docking. NMS is closely cooperating with all Ship Repair Yards and dry docks.
- Maintains ships to meet the requirements of classification society and regulations in force.
- Arranges the issue of valid certificates in order vessels to comply with all international rules and regulations.
- Supplies vessels with spare parts worldwide;
SHIPBREAKING & STEEL SCRAP TRADING
We have successfully broken 3 ships so far and we are actively looking to purchase tonnage that are in the close vicinity to the Indian Subcontinent, please feel free to contact us if you need further info or have any tonnage for sale.
We are actively selling and buying Steel Scrap namely HMS1 or HMS2 & Rolling Scrap we would be pleased to hear of your interest.
